Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to provide on-site support across grow rooms in our cannabis facility.

You will help maintain quality control and ensure health and safety of crops from propagation to pre-harvest, with cross-training to support other teams as needed. The role emphasizes following SOPs, operating facility equipment safely, and collaborating with the Cultivation Manager to monitor plant health, sanitation, and disease prevention.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Willing to learn and operate facility equipment safely.
• Comfortable with heights, soil, water, and tight spaces.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with state cannabis commission.
• Must comply with industry laws, regulations, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, pest monitoring, sanitation, and growth in grow rooms.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants per Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor quality control per state/local laws.
• Maintain logs of nutrient and substance applications.
• Provide support to cultivation and harvest teams as needed.
• Follow SOPs and keep a clean, safe work environment.
