Facilities Coordinator – Greenhouse
Department: Cultivation
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Senior Director of Cultivation
None. This position has no direct reports and no formal supervisory authority.
Organizational Cultivation Reporting Line:
Facilities Coordinator – Greenhouse > Senior Director of Cultivation
The Senior Director of Cultivation provides primary supervision for this role, including day-to-day direction, prioritization of open items, performance management, and approval of any work that requires a management decision or expenditure. Because this position operates largely independently on site, the Senior Director of Cultivation sets priorities and the position reports progress and obstacles on a regular cadence rather than receiving continuous oversight.
This role collaborates with the Facilities, Compliance, Risk, and Finance departments, as well as with site leadership as the permanent team is assembled. Such collaboration does not create a reporting relationship outside the line described above.
The Facilities Coordinator – Greenhouse supports the Company’s greenhouse operation during an active transition period. This position closes out open health and safety items, coordinates vendors and contractors, performs and arranges general maintenance and grounds upkeep, and maintains the property to a standard that allows the greenhouse to return to safe, full operation as efficiently as possible.
The position maintains a single, organized punch list of open items with owners and target completion dates, drives that list to completion, and escalates anything requiring a management decision or spend approval. It is a hands-on role: the incumbent performs minor repairs, general handyman work, and landscaping and grounds maintenance directly, in addition to coordinating outside trades.
This is a temporary assignment established to bridge the period before the greenhouse is fully staffed. It carries no guaranteed duration and no commitment of conversion to a regular position. When permanent site staffing is complete, the responsibilities described here transition to the site team and the temporary assignment ends. Employment is at-will and may be ended by either the employee or the Company at any time, with or without notice or cause.
This is a full-time, temporary, non-exempt position. The regular schedule generally follows standard site hours, but the position must be available to align with vendor, contractor, and inspection schedules, which may require early starts, evenings, or weekend work. The position may also be called in to respond to urgent facility or property issues.
All hours worked are recorded and paid in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and Nevada law, including overtime, call-in time, and travel between Company locations during the workday. Where this position is required to remain available in a way that meaningfully restricts personal activity, that on-call time is compensable in full and is not limited to time spent responding. Overtime should be approved in advance; advance approval is a policy expectation and not a condition of payment. Work performed off the clock is prohibited.

Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a valid Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) agent registration card and upon ongoing compliance with all Company policies and applicable state and local regulations. The agent card must be carried at all times while inside any Company cultivation, production, distribution, or dispensary facility, and must remain active for the entire time the employee is working.
The employee must notify Human Resources promptly of any change to licensure, eligibility, or driving record affecting the ability to perform this role. The employee must also notify Human Resources within five calendar days of a felony conviction, a civil penalty or judgment entered against them as a card holder, or the initiation of a government investigation or proceeding against them as a card holder.
This position must complete all required Company and regulatory training within the timeframes established by the Company. That includes METRC awareness training, safety training, any site-specific training, and Worker Protection Standard training where the position works in or around areas in which pesticides are applied. Although this position does not enter transactions in METRC, it works in and around areas where METRC-tracked plants and product are stored and handled, and is responsible for understanding how facility and grounds work, contractor access, and equipment servicing can affect traceability, secured storage, and the integrity of limited-access areas.
Because this position escorts outside vendors and contractors into secured and limited-access areas, it carries a heightened stewardship obligation. The employee is responsible for ensuring that escorted personnel remain within authorized areas, that access is logged as required, and that security information, layout, and features are never photographed, recorded, or disclosed. This position must never refuse, delay, or obstruct a regulatory inspection, make a false or incomplete statement to a regulator, or alter or conceal records. All Company, customer, patient, employee, and operational information encountered in the course of this work is confidential and must be protected in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.
The Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to any status protected by applicable law.
Equivalent combinations of experience, training, and education will be considered, including relevant internal experience with Deep Roots Harvest. Emphasis is placed on demonstrated skill and capability.

Work is performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, sun, and dust, as well as indoors in greenhouse environments with elevated temperature and humidity. Exposure to cannabis plants, cannabis odor, pollen, fertilizers, cleaning agents, and pesticides is an inherent condition of this environment. Personal protective equipment is provided and must be worn as required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
