Job summary

fairlife, LLC in Webster, NY is building a state-of-the-art dairy processing facility and is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the start‑up and ongoing operations of a 750,000 sq ft, 24/7 site with three production lines.

You will oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and loading activities, drive safety, quality, productivity, and P&L targets, manage a high‑performing team, and optimize the Warehouse Management System and layouts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 24/7/365 warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and optimize storage and throughput.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, productivity and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup and ongoing warehouse operations of the greenfield facility.
• Manage 112,000 sq. ft. racked storage and 90,000 sq. ft. high-density ASRS.
• Lead receiving, handling, storage, movement, and inbound/outbound materials for production and distribution.
• Collaborate with supply chain and NAOU to meet inventory and service targets.
• Enforce policies and procedures for warehouse operations and compliance.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and customer service through metrics and training.
• Maintain FEFO using the warehouse management system and provide reporting/analytics.
