Job summary

fairlife, Webster, NY, is constructing a state-of-the-art warehouse operations facility. We seek a Warehouse Manager to lead startup and ongoing activities across receiving, storage, and distribution, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

You will manage a large 750,000 sq ft facility with advanced ASRS systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and focus on inventory accuracy and customer service excellence. Webster location offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience with automated warehouse systems and AGV/ASRS.
• Proven leadership in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory, shipping, and receiving best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee startup and ongoing operations of a 750,000 sq ft greenfield facility.
• Manage warehouse operations for large storage areas and ASRS.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
• Collaborate with supply chain to meet inventory and service targets.
• Maintain FEFO with warehouse management system and analytics.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity and cost targets.
• Drive automated warehouse metrics for safety and customer service.
