Job summary

Accordance Search Group seeks a District Sales Manager – Surgical MedTech in Houston, TX to lead a greenfield territory across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. The role targets a surgical MedTech pro with track record launching first-in-class technology and strong physician adoption credibility.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in medical device sales with direct OR exposure, plus proven ability to build markets and navigate hospital systems for VAC approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales with direct OR experience.
• Proven success building a territory from the ground up.
• Startup/early-commercial experience strongly preferred.
• Track record of launching innovative or first-in-class technology and driving physician adoption.
• Strong clinical selling skills and credibility with surgeons.
• Experience navigating hospital systems and VAC approvals.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota.
