Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Engineering Leader to drive the design, validation, and startup of assembly operations for a greenfield BAC facility. You will oversee plant flow, SWIP, MRP practices, and scheduling while building capabilities and standardized processes for safe, efficient manufacturing.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, EHS, HR, and site leadership to achieve operational readiness and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing engineering, assembly ops, or production leadership.
• Experience designing, launching, and stabilizing assembly processes in greenfield/startup environments.
• Knowledge of plant flow, material movement, standard work, SWIP, MRP, and daily management.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness for greenfield plant from design to launch and ramp-up.
• Coordinate workforce onboarding, training, certification, and readiness activities.
• Develop and validate end-to-end plant flow, material movement, and labor plans.
