Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company seeks an experienced Manufacturing Assembly Process Project Leader to establish and implement assembly processes for a greenfield BAC facility. You will lead plant flow, SWIP, MRP, and scheduling, building capabilities and management systems for safe, efficient operations.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, EHS, HR and site leadership to achieve operational readiness and sustainable performance aligned with BAC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering, assembly operations, or related leadership experience.
• Experience launching greenfield startups or major expansions preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plant flow, SWIP, MRP, and production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly process readiness for greenfield plant from design to production launch and ramp-up.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, certification, and readiness activities with HR and Training teams.
• Develop end-to-end plant flow, material movement, labor plans, and assembly methods for safe, efficient operations.
• Establish SWIP requirements and controls to support production flow, inventory visibility, and schedule attainment.
• Ensure GAS compliance and verify processes, documentation, and training meet standards before start-up.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process maps for site execution.
• Train and certify leaders and frontline teams to execute standards and sustain performance.
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; communicate status and elevate barriers.
