Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, validate, and launch manufacturing processes for a large-scale greenfield facility. You will drive end-to-end industrialization from early planning through installation, commissioning, ramp-up, and handover.

The role requires hands-on shop-floor experience and strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, quality, and operations to ensure scalable, efficient manufacturing systems and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on shop-floor experience in production launch and industrialization.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process development from concept through production launch and ramp-up.
• Define line requirements, tooling needs, equipment interfaces, and work flows.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, process diagrams, routings, and checklists.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to integrate requirements.
• Provide inputs for factory master planning and line layout considerations.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
• Drive lean initiatives, standard work, and cost-reduction across lines.
• Support PFMEA, control plans, APQP/PPAP, and process validation.
