Job summary

UNICEF seeks a GenU Green Rising Consultant to work across the Global Programme Division from New York and remotely for 12 months. You will help conceptualize, launch, scale, and adapt Green Rising offerings focused on climate action, green livelihoods, and entrepreneurship, coordinating with country offices and global teams.

You will engage in strategy workshops, craft donor reports, and support communications to promote impact, equity, and sustainable development for children worldwide.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with 10+ years in volunteering/public engagement.
• Experience coordinating diverse teams across global contexts.
• Proven ability to develop and implement volunteer initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support UNICEF country offices onboarding staff for Green Rising.
• Prepare fundraising proposals and donor reports for Green Rising.
• Draft external communications and event proposals to showcase Green Rising.
• Advise on global strategy for Green Rising.
