Job summary

UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited seeks a Design and Creative Communications Consultant to produce high-quality materials for global meetings, key GenU reports, and proposals. You will develop social media campaigns, pitch decks, and event visuals, ensuring brand consistency across platforms, while coordinating with partners and youth to deliver timely, impactful design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, communications, marketing, innovation, social science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading multimedia graphic design and visual identity projects for publications, social media and events.
• At least 2 years of experience with international organizations or multi-country programmes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design best practices for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
• Ability to adapt designs for multiple formats and audiences, ensuring brand consistency.
• Excellent project management and remote coordination skills.

• Provide creative expertise for special events and ensure adherence to logo and visibility guidelines.
