• Plan, coordinate, and oversee development and progress of horticultural green infrastructure activities citywide.
• Develop and negotiate contracts including costs, time estimates, and funding sources for maintenance projects.
• Direct staff of project management professionals for timely, cost-effective implementation of major projects.
