The Client Relations Manager will partner with our Maintenance team to nurture and expand relationships with residential and commercial maintenance clients, ensuring contracts and work orders meet high standards. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service experience and/or training.
• Account management experience in the green industry preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English; read, write and use phone/computer.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of customers' needs and ensure those needs are met.
• Manage, expand, and retain relationships with maintenance clients; residential and commercial.
• Maintain communication with coworkers, customers, and the public; uphold safety standards.
• Oversee execution and quality of work orders or contracts, including materials, scheduling, installation, and maintenance.
