Qualifications

• 5+ years in irrigation or lighting project management or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of safety regulations for field operations.
• Valid local driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass DOT medical and drug screening if offered.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform field work.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• English communication skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities for irrigation and lighting crews across multiple sites.
• Coordinate all phases of landscape construction to meet profitability goals.
• Drive daily in company vehicle with or without passengers.
• Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inspect onsite work to ensure quality and standards.
• Review project plans with team and update stakeholders.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and resource availability.
• Resolve field issues and communicate with clients and sales teams.
