Job summary

MENA Consultant is seeking an experienced GRC automation professional to lead the centralized intake platform across Risk, Compliance and Technology teams.

You will configure ServiceNow and Archer, streamline intake channels (portals, email, APIs), and support AI-enabled classification to accelerate resolutions while maintaining governance standards.

This role emphasizes dashboards, service metrics and collaboration to improve operational performance and risk posture.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in GRC technology, workflow automation, or service request management.
• Hands-on configuration of ServiceNow and Archer for intake, workflows, and approvals.
• Experience integrating multiple request channels (portals, email, APIs) into a centralized workflow.

Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve the centralized GRC request intake platform.
• Support AI-enabled request classification and resolution.
• Develop dashboards and service metrics for operational performance.
• Coordinate escalation to Risk, Compliance, and TPRM specialists.
• Maintain dashboards and management reports for request volumes and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to align automation with governance requirements.
