Job summary

Berkley Technology Services (BTS) is seeking an AI Automation Architect to design and maintain automated, AI-enabled workflows for the GRC function, turning manual compliance tasks into governed processes.

You will build automations on ServiceNow GRC/IRM and Archer, integrate data across ITSM, identity, and security tools, apply AI with human review, and document solutions to stay auditable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on automation building: translate manual, fragmented processes into engineered workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and REST API integrations to move data across systems.
• Experience with workflow-automation and orchestration tools to build reusable pipelines.
• Applied AI judgment and governance in automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Automation & AI Engineering: design, develop, and maintain GRC automations and AI-enabled solutions that streamline compliance processes.
• Control Evidence & Testing Support: automate collection, validation, and packaging of control evidence for SOX, NYDFS Part 500, etc.
• Exception & Workflow Automation: build and improve exception intake, routing, and dashboards; migrate GRC processes to the platform.
• Integration & Data: connect control, risk, and evidence data across GRC, ITSM, identity, and security tooling.
• Applied AI: responsibly draft narratives, summarize findings, map controls to frameworks, accelerate analysis with human review.
• Documentation: create run books, data lineage, and control mappings for auditable solutions.
• Security First: embed least-privilege, logging, and change-control in all automations.
• Business Partnership: collaborate with IT Compliance, Internal Audit, and InfoSec to drive adoption.
