Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives in a remote-first environment.

The role partners with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision, requiring strong program management and keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, including HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2, with the ability to juggle multiple efforts and communicate effectively to influence leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain a list of high-value assets and their threats and vulnerabilities.
• Document and maintain enterprise-wide processes to reduce security risk and design mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform documentation for controls and risks.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the health of the program.
• Assist with audits responses and vendor assessments.
• Influence business partners with judgment and critical thinking.
