Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives. You will work with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision, manage risk assessments, and support audits.

The role requires 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, with HIPAA controls and SOC1/SOC2 familiarity. It is remote-first with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package tailored to a nationwide workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and adapt quickly.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain processes to reduce security risk and design mature controls.
• Perform risk assessments and assist with security audits.
• Maintain GRC platform documentation for controls and risks.
• Produce risk reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and responses to questionnaire requests.
• Assess impact of control deficiencies and drive remediation actions.
• Engage with clients to respond to security questionnaires and audit reports.
