RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams. The role emphasizes risk assessment, control design, and audit response to support the company’s compliance vision.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, with HIPAA controls experience and strong attention to detail. Remote-first environment with competitive benefits and salary range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Strong written and spoken communication to influence management and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain and document enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports to inform executives about the program's health.
• Assist with responses to internal and external audits and audit findings.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive business impact.
• Interact with RxBenefits clients to respond to security questionnaires or audit requests.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends; manage 3rd party vendor assessments.
