Job summary

CCL Sleeve/IML location is seeking an entry-level press operator to set up and run Gravure printing presses for shrink sleeve labels. Training during initial weeks will prepare you for weekend shift, with potential overtime.

You’ll ensure color accuracy and quality while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Candidates should read a ruler to 1/32" and 1 mm, perform basic measurements, and work well with others in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32" and a metric ruler to 1 mm.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates Gravure printing press per job jacket instructions.
• Maintains color accuracy, registration and quality of printed material.
• Keeps work area clean and follows SOPs, GMPs and safety rules.
• Trains co-workers and new hires on setup and operation of equipment.
• Coordinates with team to maximize production efficiency.
