Job summary

CCL Industries in Collierville, TN, is seeking a press operator to set up and run Gravure printing presses for quality color process printing on shrink sleeve labels. The role requires reading job jackets, maintaining color accuracy, and meeting production times.

Experience with reading rulers and working in a GMP environment is preferred. Training provided; overtime may be required to meet schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates Gravure printing press to produce basic to multi-color quality process printing of shrink sleeve labels per job jacket.
• Trains co-workers and new hires to set up, operate and use equipment.
• Maintains clean work area and adheres to SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies.
• Operates in accordance with production times and quality standards; coordinates with team for efficiency.
