Job summary

CCL Sleeve/IML location is seeking candidates to join our manufacturing team in Memphis. This role supports press operators, learning to set up and run Gravure presses, and ensuring high-quality Gravure products.

Training is provided to those without press experience, with progression toward weekend shift duties. Ideal candidates will be prepared for a fast-paced environment, with basic math skills, ability to read rulers, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Willingness to learn and operate gravure press equipment with on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators to ensure production of quality Gravure press products.
• Load/unload materials, gather supplies, and set up press per job specs.
• Learn setup and operation of Gravure press and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow SOPs, GMPs, and safety rules.
• Communicate effectively with team and management as needed.
• Read a standard ruler to 1/32" and a metric ruler to 1 mm.
