Job summary

CCL Sleeve/IML is seeking a technically capable operator to set up and run seaming equipment for printed sleeve labels. You will ensure adherence to job jackets, specifications, and production times while maintaining quality across batches.

Entry-level candidates with on-the-job training can apply; candidates must be able to read rulers and work on a fast-paced line, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to read a ruler to 1/32" and a metric ruler to 1 mm.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate seamer equipment to produce printed sleeve labels.
• Maintain clean work area and follow SOPs and GMPs.
• Train co-workers on equipment use and setup as needed.
• Maintain production records and timesheets; monitor lay flat size and seam quality.
