CCL is seeking a press operator to support our flexographic printing operations. You will set up and run the press, monitor color accuracy, and ensure quality per job jackets and production times.

This role requires reading a ruler to 1/32 inch and to 1 mm, and collaborating with teammates to maintain efficiency. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read a ruler to 1/32 inch and 1 mm.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
• Strong attention to production standards and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operates flexographic printing press to produce basic to multiple color quality process printing.
• Sets up press per job jacket and production times.
• Maintains clean work area and follows safety rules.
• Trains co-workers and new hires as needed.
• Coordinates with team to maximize production efficiencies.
• Receives and reviews job jackets, specs, and customer requirements.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Reads a standard ruler to 1/32” and a metric ruler to 1 mm.
