Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, support sales and production, and resolve customer issues.

You will respond to claims, review proofs with customers, and ensure high-quality service across all client interactions. The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer-focused environment.
• Must have call center experience with high volume.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment (talk on phone while using computer).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and sales/production to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Answer inbound calls regarding orders, inventory, delivery times, and status.
• Maintain strong relationships between production, vendors, sales and customers.
• Provide timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
• Represent the company in communications with customers and review proofs with customers.
• Serve as primary contact for Sales Reps and Customers, gathering and transmitting information.
