Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You will work directly with customers, sales and production to ensure orders are completed accurately, handle inquiries, and resolve escalated issues while maintaining professional relationships. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a customer-focused environment, a high school diploma or equivalent, call center experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting;

• Must have call center experience with high-volume calls
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)

Responsibilities
