Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with orders and deliveries, and coordinate with sales and production to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced office, and maintaining confidential information. Experience in call centers and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-focused environment.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Must have call center experience with high-volume calling.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed by the business unit.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers placing orders, inquiring about inventory, orders, and delivery times.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and coordinate with sales and production.
• Review proofs with customers and notify alteration charges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams.
• Respond professionally to all customer requests and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
