Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston. You will handle inbound calls, resolve issues with customers and vendors, and support sales and production to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a customer-focused role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer-focused environment.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Must have call center experience with high volume calling.
• Proficient in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from customers and address inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales and production to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and communicate resolutions clearly.
• Review proofs with customers and communicate alteration charges as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
• Provide timely responses to customer requests and follow-ups.
• Protect confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
