Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Security Supervisor for a graveyard/overnight assignment at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This on-site role leads Security Officers, coordinates with local law enforcement, and ensures compliance with LACC policies to protect guests and property.

You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, reporting to the Security Senior Manager, and ensuring reliable 24/7 coverage during events. A High School diploma and CA State Guard Card are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years security-related experience preferred.
• CA State Guard Card required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and direct staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Officers and Supervisors on graveyard/overnight shift.
• Respond to security needs and calls for service with local law enforcement as needed.
• Train, counsel, discipline, and evaluate security personnel.
• Manage hours, scheduling, and 24-hour/ event security staff.
• Enforce policies, ensure timely follow-up on violations.
• Coordinate with Guest Services during large crowds.
• Operate CCTV, Fire Control, radios, elevators, lighting controls.
• Develop and maintain ID/credential program.
• Collaborate with VP to update policies and evacuation plans.
