Job summary

Los Angeles Convention Center is seeking a Security Supervisor for a graveyard/overnight assignment. You will oversee the night shift, manage security personnel, and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in security, and a valid CA State Guard Card. You will ensure policy compliance, oversee access control, and maintain incident documentation in a fast-paced venue environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years security-related experience; Legends Global/AEG security experience may be counted 2:1.
• Valid CA State Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all security needs and calls; coordinate with Security team and law enforcement as needed.
• Train, counsel, discipline, and supervise security personnel per department policies.
• Manage hours and scheduling for Security Officers and Supervisors, including 24-hour staff.
• Enforce policies; address violations and guest/employee complaints promptly.
• Operate and monitor CCTV, Fire Control, radios, elevators, and lighting controls.
• Develop and maintain employee photo ID and credential program.
