Job summary

Legends Global at the Los Angeles Convention Center is seeking a Security Supervisor for graveyard/overnight shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM). This onsite role leads security staff, ensures policy compliance, and coordinates with Guest Services during events.

Requirements include High School Diploma, 3+ years in security, CA Guards Card, strong communication, crowd management, and scheduling capability. The position is non-exempt with base pay of $25/hour.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years security-related work experience; Legends Global/AEG Security experience may be factored 2:1.
• Valid CA State Guard Card.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of crowd management principles and effective crowd control techniques.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all security needs and calls for services; coordinate with Security team and local law enforcement as needed.
• Train, counsel, discipline, evaluate and supervise Security personnel per department policies.
• Manage hours of all Security Officers and Supervisors, including 24-hour and event staff.
• Proactively enforce policies and procedures; ensure timely response to violations and complaints.
• Work with Guest Services to manage large crowds and maintain security of property.
