Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Proven track record in raising philanthropic funds for nonprofit organizations, preferably healthcare.
• Strong strategic planning and ability to move donors along the gift continuum.
• Proven problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to travel within the community to conduct business.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficient in Word, Excel and Blackbaud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage own prospect pool with annual and major donors.
• Oversee grateful patient fundraising program and donor pipeline growth.
• Coordinate education with clinical staff and leadership across the organization.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and communications to stakeholders.
• Lead training initiatives and employee campaigns to meet fundraising targets.
• Collaborate with board, staff, volunteers, and departments to maximize giving.
