Job summary

The role requires building a pipeline of annual and major donors, coordinating with medical staff, and delivering training across the organization to increase program awareness and fundraising success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years of related experience preferred in fundraising.
• Experience with healthcare philanthropy and donor stewardship is desirable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of annual and major gift prospects for Cooley Dickinson and affiliated programs.
• Lead the Grateful Patient Program, coordinating solicitations and staff education.
• Develop funding proposals and provide donor stewardship throughout the life cycle.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to grow donor pipelines.
• Plan and execute employee campaigns and reporting to leadership.
• Represent Mass General Brigham at community events and health system activities.
