Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years in political issues or campaign organizing.
• Experience attracting, developing, and engaging volunteers.
• Fundraising experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, Every Action, or similar tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Direct Action Organizing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements local and state grassroots strategies and advocacy campaigns.
• Organizes volunteers to participate in federal activities in collaboration with national teams.
• Plans and manages lobby days or similar events, including virtual ones.
