Job summary

Belmark Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Graphics Customer Onboarding Specialist to educate customers on BELMARK’s graphics, print and converting capabilities.

You will onboard new accounts, provide hands-on education to designers and sales reps, and guide file specifications to optimize speed and quality. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Account Services, Technical Services, Graphics Production and Manufacturing to develop, streamline projects and ensure successful

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of BELMARK’s graphics, print, and converting capabilities.
• Ability to educate customers, designers and sales on specifications and tolerances.
• Experience reading design files and providing guidance to optimize production quality.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• On-board new customers to understand and utilize our commercialized print specifications and proofing process.
• Provide hands-on education to customers, designers and sales representatives regarding BELMARk’s graphics and tolerances.
• Evaluate art files and consult on packaging designs to improve appearance and printability.
• Commercialize accounts for future projects via Graphics Direct.
• Promote BELMARK’s branded print formats and act as internal voice for customer design questions.
• Document deviations and coordinate proofs and approvals with internal teams.
