Job summary

Belmark is seeking Web-to-Print Production Supervisors to direct the production team and meet customer needs while upholding cost, equipment efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity. The production supervisor must execute departmental objectives through their teams and align the organization to achieve standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, plus a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Education generally through two years of college; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills; English proficiency.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and SQF requirements.
• Supervise pre-press, press, finishing, and pouching areas.
• Uphold standards for quality, productivity, waste and safety through coaching.
• Maintain equipment knowledge to provide troubleshooting support.
• Own process flow and pursue continuous improvement via data-based methods.
• Track KPIs and correct trends impacting productivity.
• Assign and coordinate work to meet standards and systems.
• Coordinate daily production needs with scheduling, press and finishing.
• Develop people through training programs and SOPs; give timely feedback.
• Ensure staffing for straight-time production; cover vacations.
• Identify maintenance and safety issues and coordinate fixes.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and enforce SQF.
• Participate in process improvement teams.
