Job summary

Belmark Inc in De Pere, Wisconsin, seeks a Web-to-Print Production Supervisor to lead the production team across press, finishing, and pouching to meet cost, efficiency, waste, safety and productivity goals.

You will partner with the plant manager, coach staff, set performance standards, and align the organization to achieve them. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two years of college with an associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong judgment when information is incomplete.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience developing SOPs and training programs.
• Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotation with overtime.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production areas including pre-press, press, finishing, pouching.
• Ensure quality, productivity, waste and safety through proactive coaching.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment for troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement with data-based root-cause analysis.
• Track KPIs and address trends impacting productivity.
• Coordinate with scheduling, press and finishing departments daily.
• Develop staff through training programs and SOPs; prepare for next roles.
• Ensure proper staffing and coverage for vacations/absences.
• Maintain SQF compliance and a clean, organized work environment.
• Participate in process improvement teams to boost plant performance.
