Job summary

Belmark is seeking Web-to-Print Production Supervisors to direct the production team, overseeing press, finishing, and pouching to meet customer needs and standards for cost, efficiency, waste, safety, and productivity.

The role interfaces with the production/plant manager to develop employees, set performance standards, and align the organization to achieve those goals. A strong communicator, problem-solver and leader with continuous improvement mindset is ideal.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to develop and train teams; implement SOPs and best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and plant data systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the production team across Press, Finishing, and Pouching on a shift.
• Ensure safety, quality, waste, and productivity targets are met.
• Coach personnel and drive continuous improvement using data-driven methods.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and troubleshoot as needed.
• Coordinate with scheduling and maintenance to meet production goals.
• Manage staffing for straight-time production and handle vacations/absences.
