Associated Students UCLA seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative for the Bruin Custom Shop in Los Angeles. This role handles cash and artwork prep, ensuring print readiness, and providing customer support during standard campus store hours.

The position requires proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with reliable communication, organization, and punctuality. Availability includes opening/closing shifts, Finals Week, and Summer Session A/C.

Qualifications

• Work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good communication, detail oriented, organized and punctual.
• Must be available for opening/closing shifts during the week and Finals Week.
• Must be available to work all of Summer Session A and C.

• Cash handling.
