Job summary

Blick Art Materials is seeking a part-time Custom Services Associate in Los Angeles to deliver exceptional customer service, apply art printing and archival framing expertise, and contribute to a well‑organized workshop and sales floor.

You will support design projects, process transactions, and help grow preferred customer relationships while maintaining a neat, customer‑friendly shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of fine art printing and archival framing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate superior customer service through product knowledge, design skills and other talent that will exceed customer expectations.
• Complete Blick training program and sign up new preferred customers; can special order items for customers.
• Assist in merchandising, production log and restocking to keep the sales floor neat and functional.
• Process transactions in framing software and store POS.
• Follow company policies and loss prevention guidelines.
