Job summary

Minuteman Press, a Princeton, MN shop, is seeking a Graphic Designer/Web Designer to support in-house print production and design across print and digital projects.

You will collaborate with the design team, handle typesetting and web design tasks, and coordinate with vendors to support projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, CSS and WordPress, plus strong client communication, is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree in graphic design and/or web design.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of CSS and WordPress.
• Working knowledge of domain transfers, social media platforms and email marketing.
• Customer-oriented, professional communication skills.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Use proprietary pricing and job management software to support project workflow.
• Communicate with clients and leads by email and phone to facilitate proofs, quotes and invoices.
• Support customer satisfaction by helping ensure products and services meet customer expectations.
• Inform clients about additional products or services.
• Identify the quickest, most effective approach to answer client questions.
• Escalate questions and concerns to the owner of the business when needed.
