Job summary

HomeServices of America is seeking a seasoned graphic designer to lead the creation of internal and external marketing materials. You will design flyers, brochures, ads, posters, and digital assets, while shaping brand presentation across media.

You will also craft training and executive presentation materials, develop brand strategies, and coordinate with printers and outside resources. The role requires 3–5 years' experience and strong design software proficiency, with a focus on brand

Qualifications

• Associate degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer across multiple media.
• Proficiency in PC and Mac design programs.
• Strong creative and conceptual abilities.
• Knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Create designs for flyers, brochures, ads, posters, and digital assets.
• Prepare presentation materials for training and executive meetings.

• Recommend and maintain department hardware/software.
• Write advertising copy, blogs, bios and press releases.
• Source and manage freelance designers and external resources.

Education

Associate’s degree in graphic design

Job description

This position creates and directs graphic-related work for the company. Design work may include newspaper advertising, web site content, trade show exhibits, direct mail pieces, corporate identity work, catalogs, flyers and other promotional and presentation materials.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials. This includes flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, direct marketing materials as well as digital assets, graphics and banners. (60-65%)
• Create presentation materials to support training, management meeting, and executive presentations. (10-15%)
• Develop and implement design strategies to enhance company’s brand image. (5-10%)
• May recommend, implement and maintain hardware and software requirements for the department. (5-10%)
• May write advertising copy, blogs, feature articles, newspaper advertising, bios and press releases. (5-10%)
• Recommend, source and manage outside creative resources (freelance designers, etc.) as needed. (0-5%)
• May deliver designed materials to printers/vendors. (0-5%)
• Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0-5%)

Qualifications

Education

• Associate’s degree in graphic design; or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer on a variety of media including Internet.

• Strong creative and conceptual skills.
• Strong knowledge of printing and electronic production methods.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
