Insty-Prints in Mankato, MN is seeking a customer service and graphic design professional to support client communication, prepare digital pre-press files, and assist production on local copy equipment and presses.

This onsite role combines design work with order processing, project coordination, and timely fulfillment, working with clients in person and by phone to move projects from estimate through delivery while maintaining accurate status updates and quality checks.

Formación

• 1 year of customer service or print industry experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and internet research
• Professional appearance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency
• Strong attention to detail, with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to prioritize work, operate independently with minimal supervision, and complete tasks in a timely fashion
• Ability to maintain an outgoing demeanor and work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable and punctual; must be able to repeatedly lift up to 40 pounds
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent client communications, including estimating and quoting orders, processing and entry, design, and production while meeting deadlines and confirming all quality measures
• Answer in-person, email, and telephone inquiries from clients and prospects; complete orders or direct requests to the appropriate sales team member
• Gather required information from clients and prepare estimates
• Enter orders into the POS system (Printsmith) and manage orders through production and delivery to support client satisfaction
• Complete graphic design tasks as part of job execution
• Produce jobs using a variety of Digital Copy Machine and Presses, including bindery tasks as needed
• Keep up to date on job status across all active orders and address client and production inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide customer service support for house accounts, as assigned
• Perform other duties as needed from time to time

Insty-Prints is seeking a customer service and graphic design professional to support client communication, digital pre-press file preparation, and production through local digital copy equipment and presses. This onsite role in Mankato, MN combines design work with order processing, project coordination, and timely fulfillment.

You will work directly with clients in person and by telephone, handle inquiries from prospects, and keep projects moving from estimate through production and delivery. The position also includes maintaining accurate job status updates and ensuring quality measures are verified and confirmed.
