McCoy Rockford, Inc. is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer, Proposals + Marketing, to own daily proposal production and design work across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.

You will develop templates, client-ready materials, and showroom assets while aligning with sales goals and brand standards. The role requires 4+ years in graphic design or proposal production, mastery of InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop, and strong collaboration with cross-market teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design or proposal production.
• A strong portfolio that includes proposals, presentations, multi-page layouts, and collateral.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Canva skills, including building templates others can use.
• The ability to work independently from brand guidelines and manage multiple projects at once.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with geographically dispersed teams and leadership.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and travel between markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proposals + Sales Enablement + Graphic Design (80%).
• Manage RFP and proposal intake, calendars, deadlines, and compliance checklists across markets.
• Design and produce proposals, bid decks, client presentations, and templates.
• Maintain the proposal content library with boilerplate, bios, project sheets, case studies, and project photos.
• Gather inputs from sales, design, PM, and finance; manage version control and packaging.
• Prepare materials for in-person tours, presentations, client interviews, and key pursuits.
• Track proposal volume, deadlines met, and win/loss results.
• Design print and digital collateral across sectors: furniture, walls, flooring, A&D, and BD.
• Develop long-form sector booklets, flyers, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Manage print production and vendor coordination.
• Design social media, email, web, and digital assets.
• Design showroom, event, and trade show materials; invitations, signage, displays.
• Create co-branded materials with manufacturer partners following guidelines.
• Travel between markets as needed for training, events, and pursuits.
