Job summary

DCCM is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Houston to design and produce compelling proposal documents and SOQs. You will craft visuals, infographics, and layouts that communicate complex information clearly while aligning with brand standards and solicitation requirements.

You will collaborate with proposal managers and technical staff to gather content, create visuals, and ensure readability and consistency across print and digital materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design/marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Experience creating print and digital marketing materials.
• Strong branding understanding and marketing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce proposal and SOQ documents with page layouts, covers, templates, and dividers.
• Create proposal graphics: infographics, diagrams, org charts, maps, callouts, schedules.
• Collaborate with proposal managers and technical teams to gather content and develop visuals.
• Maintain formatting, typography, color, imagery, and hierarchy per brand standards.
• Develop reusable proposal templates and layout components for efficiency.
• Format content for readability, visual impact, and branding compliance.
• Support proposal reviews and final file preparation for submission.
• Perform quality-control reviews for accuracy and production quality.
