McMillen, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design Specialist to act as a specialized design resource within Marketing.

You will translate complex information into brand‑consistent visuals for strategic pursuits, interviews, conferences, and major marketing initiatives, while Proposal Managers retain responsibility for layout, production, and delivery. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Graphic Design or 5–10 years in related fields; experience with infographics, templates, and materials for proposals

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (B.A./B.F.A.) or 5–10 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting proposal development, interviews, marketing initiatives, and business development in AEC.
• Proficiency in developing proposal graphics, infographics, maps, diagrams, and visual communication materials.
• Experience creating branded templates, libraries, and reusable visual assets.
• Ability to coordinate with external vendors for print, signage, and tradeshow needs.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with multiple offices/markets.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a specialized graphic design resource supporting strategic pursuits, interviews and presentations, conferences, business development, and major Marketing initiatives.
• Develop custom graphics including infographics, process diagrams, organizational charts, schedules, workflows, maps, and other visuals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into effective visual communication with cross-functional teams.
• Provide targeted design support while Proposal Managers handle layout and production.
• Develop and maintain templates, libraries, and reusable visual assets for independent production.
• Design interview and presentation materials (PowerPoint/Canva), boards, handouts, and related visuals.
• Support conferences and major marketing initiatives through booth graphics, signage, ads, and collateral.
• Create strategic marketing collateral including qualifications materials and brochures.
• Coordinate with printers, signage and tradeshow vendors; prepare files for production.
• Maintain organized graphic assets and ensure brand consistency across materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve templates, presentations, and workflows using technology and AI-assisted tools.
• Manage multiple design assignments with the Director of Marketing to prioritize requests.
