Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–10 years of related experience in graphic design, marketing, or production.
• AEC industry experience preferred and ability to support proposal development.
• Proficiency in creating proposal graphics, infographics, maps, diagrams and visuals.
• Experience maintaining branded templates, libraries, assets, and presentation systems.
• Ability to coordinate with printers, signage, tradeshow, and other vendors.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a specialized graphic design resource supporting strategic pursuits and major Marketing initiatives.
• Develop custom graphics including infographics, process diagrams, charts, maps, and icons.
• Translate complex technical concepts into brand-consistent visuals with cross-team collaboration.
• Provide design support for high-priority pursuits while managers handle layout and production.
• Develop and maintain templates, libraries, and reusable assets for proposals and collateral.
• Design interview and presentation materials for PowerPoint and Canva.
• Support conferences and events with booth graphics, signage, ads, and collateral.
• Create marketing collateral such as qualifications materials and capability statements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and ensure print-ready files for production.
• Maintain organized visual assets and ensure adherence to brand standards.
