Job summary

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer to support branding, marketing materials, and communication goals across internal and external audiences. The role collaborates with marketing, engineering, and project teams to deliver clear, compelling visuals.

You will design graphics, diagrams, and collateral for proposals and campaigns, working in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with occasional travel and a base salary range in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience (architecture/engineering/Construction industry preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for proposal environments.
• Strong portfolio showing layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate to simple visuals.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time-management.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and marketing projects with quick turnaround.
• May require travel, locally and overnight, ~10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling proposals, qualification packages, presentations, and pursuit materials aligned with brand standards.
• Create graphics, diagrams, and visual storytelling elements that convey engineering processes and project approaches.
• Collaborate with proposal writers, PMs, and SMEs to translate technical info into professional layouts.
• Format/refine proposals in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Develop templates, cover designs, infographics, and project sheets to enhance competitive positioning.
