• Proven design experience, including marketing visuals.
• A portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand systems rather than only one-off designs.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain design decisions.
• Photo editing and compositing experience, plus AI tools to speed up workflows and explore ideas (nice to have).
