Qualifications

• 3+ года опыта разработки веб‑продуктов от начала до конца.
• Владение системами дизайна и внимательность к деталям, включая состояния, edge cases и микро‑копию.
• Умение формулировать решения из неясных входных данных.
• Использование метрик удержания, доверия и самообслуживания для обоснования дизайна.
• Умение ясно коммуницировать и давать прямую обратную связь.

Responsibilities

• Владение опытом конечного цикла пользовательского интерфейса и платформы управления аккаунтом.
• Формирование внутренних инструментов и потоков Support Center, если они влияют на опыт аккаунта.
• Преобразование слабых тикетов в четкие задачи и решения, их реализацию и измерение.
• Пропотетьить дизайн‑систему, предлагать компоненты при необходимости.
• Сотрудничество с инженерами и владельцами продукта на этапе реализации и QA дизайна.
• Ежедневное взаимодействие с владельцами продукта и инженерами, работа с UX‑писателями и исследователями по мере необходимости.

The design team builds cybersecurity products, including NordVPN, NordPass, Saily, and Coveron, aiming to simplify cybersecurity and help millions of users manage their online privacy, security, and data.

Задачи

• Own the end-to-end experience for the User Control Panel and account management platform, including the core account lifecycle
• Shape internal tools or Support Center flows when they affect the core account experience
• Turn raw insights or vague tickets into clear problem statements, explored directions, and shipped, measured solutions
• Surface assumptions with product owners and engineers, challenge briefs based on evidence, and determine when removing a flow is the best design solution
• Apply and evolve the design system by proposing components when gaps arise
• Validate design decisions with evidence, partnering with UX Research or running validation independently
• Partner with engineers during implementation and own Design QA
• Collaborate daily with product owners and engineers, and work with UX writers and researchers where their expertise is needed

• 3+ Years of end-to-end web product design experience
• Fluent in design systems and attentive to details, including states, edge cases, and microcopy
• Comfortable shaping solutions from unclear inputs
• Use retention, trust, and self-service metrics to inform design decisions
• Communicate clearly, give direct feedback, and work without ego
• Fluent in English
