Job summary

Neo Group is seeking a Lead Brand Designer to shape and evolve visual identities across brands and products. You will set creative direction, develop guidelines, and mentor designers in a dynamic, international team.

In this role you will collaborate with marketing, product, and design stakeholders to maintain a high visual standard, deliver cohesive brand systems, and drive campaigns across channels while supporting business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of brand design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual identities and brand systems.
• Solid typography, composition, color theory and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating, maintaining and implementing brand guidelines.
• Ability to translate business goals into visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Experience with performance marketing visuals for campaigns.
• Cross-functional collaboration with motion and 3D teams.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting designers.
• Understanding of marketing funnels and user engagement.

We are on the lookout for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Design Department. As a Lead Brand Designer, you’ll shape and evolve the visual identity across our brands and products, keeping it consistent across marketing, SMM, CRM, and product. You’ll set the creative direction for key projects, develop brand guidelines and assets, and work closely with designers and stakeholders to maintain a high visual standard. You’ll also mentor designers and help the team grow a strong, consistent brand-focused approach.

• Brand Identity: Develop and evolve visual identities across brands and products, including typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints, including SMM, CRM, product, and marketing.
• Brand Guidelines: Define, maintain, and promote brand guidelines, ensuring their correct implementation across teams and projects.
• Creative Direction: Lead the visual direction for campaigns, product launches, key visuals, and other high-impact brand projects.

• Design Review: Review design outputs and provide clear, constructive feedback to maintain a high standard of visual quality.

• Performance Marketing: Experience working with performance marketing and creating visuals for campaigns focused on measurable results.
• Cross-Functional Experience: Experience collaborating with motion and 3D teams on integrated creative projects.
• Team Leadership: Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supporting other designers.
• Marketing Knowledge: Understanding marketing funnels, user behavior, and how visual communication influences engagement and conversion.
